"SAEER 3 is the regional governing body overseeing chartered Eagles Clubs across Saudi Arabia and now expanded to Doha Qatar. We are a socio-civic organization comprised of Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) and professionals committed to the betterment of our community."
